WORKING IN PARTNERSHIP WITH YOU

Candidate Terms of Business - A summary of our commitment to you and our expectations of you:

1. All and any recruitment activity undertaken by Simply Health Recruitment is transacted subject to the terms and conditions hereinafter set out. Simply Health Recruitment is acting in the capacity of an Employment Agency with all recruitment services free of charge to the Applicant.

2. Upon provision, by the Applicant, of a full and accurate Curriculum Vitae, Simply Health Recruitment shall, at its discretion, advise of and search for suitable employment positions on behalf of the Applicant.

3. Whilst Simply Health Recruitment shall use its best endeavours to find suitable employment opportunities for the Applicant, they will be under no obligation to find employment for the Applicant.

4. Simply Health Recruitment agrees not to engage in any conduct which would be detrimental to the interests of the Applicant. The Applicant similarly agrees not to engage in any conduct which is detrimental to the interests of Simply Health Recruitment and would negatively affect Simply Health Recruitment’s relationship with the Client or is likely to bring Simply Health Recruitment into disrepute.

5. All Applicant information held by Simply Health Recruitment is subject to the provisions of the data protection act. Applicant details will not be forwarded to any third party without the prior consent of the Applicant. For this purpose, consent may be oral, written or verbal.

6. On request, the Applicant shall provide Simply Health Recruitment Limited with satisfactory evidence of their identity which will include either a copy of the Applicant’s Passport, or two pieces of evidence such as birth certificate, Driving Licence, NI card number, a letter from a Government Agency or a work permit confirming identity.

7. If, in respect of any prospective employment, the Applicant is required by law, any professional body or by the Client to hold or have any experience, training or qualification and/or authorisations, the candidate shall provide Simply Health Recruitment with:
a) Up to date copies of such qualifications and professional registration;
b) The names of two referees (who are not relatives of the Applicant) who the Applicant agrees that Simply Health Recruitment Limited may approach for the purposes of obtaining references about the Applicant.
c) Evidence of professional registration to work in the relevant country

8. The Applicant shall immediately inform Simply Health Recruitment should there be any reason or circumstance under which it would be detrimental to the interests of Simply Health Recruitment, the Client or the Applicant for the Applicant to take up a particular position with a Client.

9. The Applicant agrees to attend all interviews arranged at their request and to dress and act professionally in such interviews. If, for any reason, an Applicant is unable to attend an interview arranged on their behalf, they commit to giving both Simply Health Recruitment and the Client reasonable notice of their intention not to attend.

10. If, following an introduction from Simply Health Recruitment, the Applicant receives an offer of employment or engagement to work for or with a Client introduced by Simply Health Recruitment, the Applicant shall inform Simply Health Recruitment immediately and provide Simply Health Recruitment with the full details of the offer including a copy of the offer letter/contract of employment if requested.

11. An offer of employment is not made until written details are received from the Client. Simply Health Recruitment does not accept any responsibility and shall not be liable for any loss suffered by the Applicant by reason of the Applicant’s decision to resign from his/her current employment or engagement before or after receipt of the Client’s written offer.
